2. Product Quality and Standards

All products manufactured by Tianjin YaDa Steel Co., Ltd. comply with international quality standards. We guarantee that our cold-rolled ribbed steel bars and cold-rolled plain round steel bars meet the specifications described in our product documentation. However, we reserve the right to make changes to specifications that do not materially affect product quality or performance.

3. Order and Delivery

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Tianjin YaDa Steel Co., Ltd.

3.2 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3.3 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Prices are as quoted and are subject to change without notice unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.2 Payment terms will be specified in the sales contract or purchase order.

4.3 Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

5.2 Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products, or refund of the purchase price, at our option.

5.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

All intellectual property rights in our products, services, and website content are owned by Tianjin YaDa Steel Co., Ltd. or its licensors. No license or right to use any trademark, patent, copyright, or other intellectual property is granted under these Terms of Service.
